Headhunting for me isn’t about long lists or endless nurturing flows. It’s about moving fast, cutting through noise and closing roles properly.

I started in extreme sports, ended up in headhunting. Turns out both need sharp instincts, calm under pressure and knowing exactly when to pull the trigger.

I’m curious, tactical, but allergic to fluff. I thrive in chaos. I don’t believe in over-engineering simple things. I like clear briefs, quick comms, direct feedback. 

Out of office? Very likely chasing wind and teaching kiteboarding in Svencelė, dissecting human behaviour over coffee or tuning up a recruitment process that could work better.
