Key Account Manager

The company expects you to have:
Successful experience in business client management or active sales (2+ years);
Strong negotiation skills, the ability to find compromises, collaborate, and make decisions;
Willingness to learn, improve, and expand your knowledge;
Ability to work with various IT systems, databases, and tools;
English language skills (spoken and written) at B2 level or above;
Category B driving license to visit clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships, solve problems, find compromises, sell, and negotiate with assigned business clients;
Understand clients’ needs and goals, propose suitable solutions to help them achieve their objectives, and ensure high-quality service delivery;
Prepare and present documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations, and visit clients;
Support the team in non-standard and challenging situations and provide feedback.
Salary: 2,500 - 3310 EUR gross per month, plus bonuses for achieved targets.
