I’m curious, tactical, but allergic to fluff. I thrive in chaos. I don’t believe in over-engineering simple things. I like clear briefs, quick comms, direct feedback.
Out of office? Very likely chasing wind and teaching kiteboarding in Svencelė, dissecting human behaviour over coffee or tuning up a recruitment process that could work better.
